Delete Your Account

How to request account and data deletion

We respect your right to have your data removed. If you'd like to delete your FlickBaby account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account — Google Sign-In link, display name, and profile photo reference.
• All baby care records — every feeding, diaper, sleep, and health entry you have logged.
• Household membership — your membership in any shared household. If you are the sole owner, the entire household and its records will also be deleted.
• Analytics identifiers — any Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics identifiers associated with your account.

How to Request Deletion

  Compose an email Send a deletion request to our support address below. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

  Include your account email In the email body, provide the Google account email address you used to sign in to FlickBaby. This is required so we can locate and delete the correct account.
• 3
  Wait for confirmation We will send a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted. This typically takes up to 7 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I delete my data from within the app?
Individual records can be deleted directly in the app. For full account and data deletion, please use the email process above.

What if I share a household with others?
If your household has other members, your account will be removed but the household and its records will remain accessible to the remaining members. If you are the only member, the entire household is deleted.

Is my data backed up anywhere?
Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our Firebase/Firestore database. We do not maintain separate backups of individual user data.
