Welcome to FlickBaby ("we", "us", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using FlickBaby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

FlickBaby is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account & Authentication

You may sign in using your Google account or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with unauthorized individuals.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlickBaby only for its intended purpose — tracking baby care activities. You shall not:

Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the app's infrastructure.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
Share your household invite code publicly or with individuals you do not trust.

4. Household Sharing

When you create or join a household, all members can view the baby care records within that household. You are responsible for managing who has access via the invite code. We are not liable for data shared with household members you have invited.

5. In-App Purchases

FlickBaby may offer a one-time "Pro" purchase through Google Play. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

Pro membership is a one-time, lifetime purchase tied to the household owner's account.
We reserve the right to modify features included in Pro at any time, though we will not remove core functionality that was available at the time of your purchase.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FlickBaby (baby care records, baby names, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your household members.

7. Intellectual Property

The FlickBaby app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlickBaby is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

FlickBaby is a convenience tool for tracking baby activities. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlickBaby at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and data, please refer to our account deletion page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
